So tender.<BR/><BR/>Any ribs I've done this way have come out so wonderful.<BR/><BR/>Rub down with homemade smoked salt/spice rub.<BR/><BR/>Place on roasting rack with most of a beer beneath the rack.<BR/><BR/>Tent and seal foil all around. Cook for the first hour, essentially steaming in the beer.<BR/><BR/>Remove the tent, begin to mop with sauce. Cook until the sauce has caramleized over steamed ribs.<BR/><BR/>Falling of the bone goodness.
